Research/Responsibilities

Klaus Neuking is responsible for human resources and financial matters at the Chair of Materials Science. He oversees the management of research projects, fundamental infrastructure issues, and occupational safety tasks directly related to the Chair’s teaching and research activities. In his research, he focuses on polymeric materials. In his teaching, he offers an introductory lecture on this topic as well as an introduction to material properties. The focus is on explaining macroscopic material properties against the backdrop of the microscopic structure of the materials.
